Activities:
To work as part of the Monitoring and Obedience team, providing oversaw support across a range of complaisance support and project management day to day duties. The important role will also involve taking overall responsibility for management support in relation to maintaining system updates, data quality, facilitate IMS coordinating project activities, and ensuring that project demonstrating is accurate and up to date. This important role plays a critical part in maintaining the smooth functioning of the project by scheduling, reporting, handling communications, and other compliance-related tasks.
Parameters:
- Self-determination role across projects under the job holders maintain
- Observability with external and internal stakeholders as well as shared service responsibility.
- Full complaisance responsibility for all projects under the Job Holder’s control (Regulatory, Environmental, Health, Safety, Project Management) working with the all-division teams.
- Collect and manage data sources on matters related to complaisance and IMS within the RWM Team.

Your Role Profile:

Key Accountabilities:
Facility in the managing of the Integrated Management System (IMS) in implementing, and establishing, maintaining the IMS in agreement with both business requirements and the requirements of the relevant standards.
- Assist in the recognition and development of improvements to the business through the IMS
- Give support to the Compliance and Monitoring team to achieve excellent health, protection, environmental and quality (SHEQ) standards across the business
- Support in the preparation of risk-based assessments/supervision plans
- Pick up reports from and answer to orders issued by regulatory departments
- Arranged for testing and monitoring /or evaluations of the workplace by exterior agencies/consultants as may be necessary
- Arrange regular meetings and record decisions
- Support in the management of exterior audit function with our accreditation auditors
- Make ready and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, issue logs, and risk logs.
- To be elected by the business basic values.
- Support in processing Complaisance audits to make sure timely and accurate performance levels are met.
- Communicate, cooperate and debate with clients, stakeholders, supply chain contacts and operational team members to make sure complaisance with NEOM SMS standards
- Support in delivering and implementing IMS standards both inside and on RWM projects as required
- Provide help in relation to certificate control and improvement appeal within the IMS
- Support in recognize project issues and risks.
- Maintain a issue log and risk tracking the status of each item and following up on alleviation actions.
- Provide management support for risk and issue administrative activities.
- Provide help in relation generate and issuing reports to operations teams across the organization
- Support in the management of Complaisance & Risk Communications, training content and products as required

- Make sure ongoing complaisance with the Quality Management System ISO9001.

Knowledge:
- Best command of Integrated Management Systems and Standards

Experience:
- At least seven to ten years’ experience in a project/business/HSE administration role within a company with certified QMS/IMS systems
- Trail record of IMS system document administration and record management
- Knowledge in dealing with external and internal stakeholders at all levels including, contractors, clients, external regulatory bodies and department heads.
- Expertise with workflow diagram, technical documentation, and timetable
- Prior expertise as a Project Administrator, Project Coordinator, or a similar role
- Desirable Previous expertise in a
- Protective, Health, and Environmental ability within the Construction Industry
